Each charm of Zia Findings is handmade in our studio in Belen, New Mexico! We handcraft each piece with ♥ to make sure you receive the perfect charm every time!

What are your charms made out of?

We handpicked the best quality material available! We use 316L (jewelry-grade) stainless steel and ion-plated 14k gold plating for all of our charms. This style of stainless steel is very durable, hypoallergenic, non-tarnishing, and polished to a mirror finish! No green skin or rashes ♥

Do you use real gold?

Our gold and rose gold jewelry is plated with real 14k gold using ionic plating, meaning the gold won't fade over time.

How fast will I get my order?

We ship orders next business day and it usually takes 2-5 business days for USPS Ground Advantage shipping. We also offer shipping upgrades during checkout!

Can I return my charms if I am unhappy?

Our charms are made to order and we are unable to process returns, but please reach out to us if you have any issues and we will be happy to work with you!
